Bridget has had an entreprenuerial spirit since childhood - trying to pawn off her brother’s firewood as her own to sell to neighbors as kids. She was raised on a farm - participating in 4-H and FFA throughout her life. She showed everything from chickens to cows - learning customer service and farm-to-table marketing as a kid. In college, she got a degree in agricultural communications from Missouri State University where she had a instructor who formerly worked for a commercial printer. He inspired her to open a print shop. She wasn’t able to pull it off right out of school, so she started freelancing right out of college - acting as a printing broker, working for her CPA, and pushing cows in stock shows to pay the bills. In 2020 she walked into Copy-Rite as a walk-in customer, asking questions and learning something from the team every time she walked in. David offered Bridget the business in 2022, and she hasn’t looked back since.

Matt has been Copy-Rite’s production guy for over 15 years - knowing all things printing from off-set to digital. Matt has been around Copy Rite during high school, college and now as a husband and dad of 2. In his spare time, Matt enjoys firearms and has a dream of owning a gun shop.

Alexa has been with Copy-Rite since she graduated college at UMKC with accolades in graphic design and journalism. Alexa is probably the one who you are emailing with - she’s our inbox queen and has a get it done attitude. At home she is a proud dog mom and wife, who enjoys time at the lake.

Jeff hasn’t left the printing industry in over 30 years - and doesn’t want to stop. He is our on-the-road salesperson, meeting with our customers where they are in their businesses throughout the Kansas City metro. Jeff handles design changes, orders, drop-shipping and delivery himself. Staci has been Bridget’s secret weapon since 2019 when Bridget opened up her freelancing business to a graphic designer with a background in agriculture. Staci is an FFA alum and applied for Bridget’s internship as a sophomore at Missouri State University. She has since graduated with a BA in Graphic Design. Staci works on special projects, agriculture-industry related work and internal designs.
